Voicemail

Voicemail functions like an answering machine. It is useful when you are logged out of Skype.

Features of Voicemail

• People can leave you voice messages if you are offline

• You can put a call through to voicemail if you don't want to answer

• If there is a new voicemail message, you will receive a notification in the inbox of your registered email address.

If voicemail is set up, you can also leave voice messages to users who don't have voicemail themselves. Needless to say, other users can leave you voicemail messages at any time.

Cost of Voicemail

Voicemail comes as part of Skye's monthly payment package. You can also purchase the voicemail function by itself, but the monthly package is cheaper.

Afterwards, you can listen back to the message you recorded by clicking the green 'play' button. If you want to delete the answer message, click the 'delete' button, which is to the very right.

If you check the 'I am already in a call' box, any calls received while you are on another call will be forwarded to voicemail. When you have selected your settings, click 'Save'.
