Making Group Video Calls

The group video function has been updated from Skype version 5.0. Previous versions only allowed for conference calls of up to 25 people, but users can now talk with up to 10 people while seeing their webcam videos.



Select Several Users from Contact List

Select users that you would like to group video from the contact list, to the left of the Skype screen. Select multiple contacts while holding down the 'Ctrl' key.

Click 'Video call'

The users selected will be displayed to the right of the screen. Click the 'Video call' button underneath.

Click 'Video call'



Call Alert Starts Up

A call alert will sound.

The Group Video Call Starts

When another user answers, their video image will be displayed. The bigger images to the top are the participants of the video call. The smaller image to the bottom is your own video that the other users see.
